Technic solder mods download

What does this mean? Small incremental updates to your modpack doesn't mean redownloading the whole thing every time! Solder also interfaces with the Technic Platform using an API key you can generate through your account there. When Solder has this key it can directly interact with your Platform account. When creating new modpacks you will be able to import any packs you have registered in your Solder install. It will also create detailed mod lists on your Platform page!

However, it struggles to download one mod which I'm really confused about I can download it fine from the direct link it supplies me in the error message so I don't see what the problem is.

I've removed it from the pack so now I have to wait another half an hour or something so for Technic to update it's packs. If I had to guess, either the mod was packed incorrectly or the file is too big to download before timing out through the technic client.

I removed the mod from the pack and it manages to finish downloading the rest of the mods. It is still the Install button. Clicking it just downloads and installs the mods again. Could it be that Forge might not be installed? I don't ever remeber configuring a Forge version. EntranceJew Out of pure luck I think I found the problem.

I went to. Every single mod extracted into. I fail to see how this is even useful and why Technic made Solder this way. If you do that then the latest build is downloaded.
