So if there's 4 people in the booth and you want to print a strip for each of them, you can press control-4 at any time during their session to print 4 strips.

That means you could have one layout that prints to 2x6 strips and another that prints to 4x6 paper without having to make any changes to your printer configuration, or even let users print to a remote scrapbook printer just by clicking a different button or touchscreen region.
