Samsung galaxy s10 plus wont download apps
Follow these steps to remove the data files:. Once you clear the data, head into the Play Store and check if the error has been resolved. If you still find the same error showing up on your screen, then access the Google Play Site from your computer. Install the app to your computer, and then the app will work on your device.
These errors can occur for some problems with the Google Play Store. However, the best solution for all these errors is to clear the cache and data of Google Play Store and Google Services Framework from your device and check if the problem is resolved.
For most of our readers who found any of these errors while downloading apps from the store, this solution seemed to have worked. We have mentioned the steps for clearing the cache and data files in the solutions above. Restart your device after deleting all the files and then check if the problem has been fixed.
When you get this error, you must first delete the cache and data of Google Services. We have mentioned the steps for doing this in the solutions above. If this does not fix your problem, then check if you are still logged in if you are using a Wi-Fi connection that uses a web page login. If it still does not work, you must try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network, and if you do not have the option to connect to another Wi-Fi network, you must use the mobile data option.
Remember that this option will use up data from your plan, and if you do not have a plan, you may incur charges. The problem usually occurs because of the Wi-Fi connection which is being used. It is why you must establish a proper Wi-Fi connection, or you must use your mobile data. All these solutions can work on some Android devices. While these solutions are not tested on every Android device, most of them work successfully for all our readers using various Android devices.

I'll try to open the link on my iPad which I haven't used in ages. I'll let you know what happens. They've perhaps made some improvements to Android version of the registration process for the NHS App - or at least to how it works with Firefox?
When previously failing to get it to work, and on trying again today, with my Samsung J5, I was having the same problem at the Video record and upload stage. What worked for me was NOT using the " Camcorder " option to shoot and upload a video while reading out the 4 numbers, but instead to sidestep out of the process and shoot that as an ordinary video once the numbers appeared , saving it to the phone This went off every bit as smoothly as my previous attempts hadn't - and my video was verified very quickly Sirfrank21 Asteroid.

This did not help my Note 10 plus. SamsungJace Samsung Moderator. Your Google Play Store is possibly crying for updating 42 apps, one update at a time on queue. There was only 42 as the number increased day by day.
Started at a few but grew as none were being updated. I only have standard apps and none are large. At the moment I'm trying to install google home so I can control my google mini. Did all that to no avail. However it just stated working again. My son with an S9 has had the same issue. I did a factory reset which was a real pain. It made NO difference. The problem just went away eventually. I tried both Samsung and Google without any luck.
